The Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat is in the centre of Mechelen, part of the shopping/walking route Grote Markt - Bruul - OLV straat - Ijzerenleen.
By public transport:
Bus 1 departs from the central station and brings you to stop 'Korenmarkt' in 5 minutes. It's a 2-minute walk from there. Walking from the Central Station takes about 10-15 minutes.
Other buses stop at 'Veemarkt'. Expect a 10-15 minute walk across the Grote Markt and Ijzerenleen.
By car:
The Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat is a low-car-traffic street from 11am until 6pm. You'll get a fine if you drive into the street between these hours.
You can park at (paying) car park 'Lamot' around the corner. On Saturdays and the first Sunday of the month, you can use the free shopping shuttles from the parkings Nekkerhal (free), Mechelen-Zuid (free) or Keerdok (max. 6€).
