What's on my desk? Part 29.

Hello again. The Tour de France has finished, time for other passtimes. Like modelling!
Not that much has happened the last week. I've started painting the house. I used Citadel Corax White for the small house and Vallejo Ivory for the café. I feel this is far too yellow to be called 'ivory', but it is almost exactly the colour I was after. Both were brush painted, thinned with water and applied with a large flat brush, in several layers.
Next step is painting the concrete lintels and window frames. For the interior, I got me some wallpaper and carpets from Reality in Scale. It's a Dutch company specializing in diorama detailing. I also got French painted wall advertising to liven up the building sides.
Finally, I've dragged another shelf queen out of the stash to finish. This time it's the Bronco Panzer 35(t), although I might finish it as a Czech Lt Vz 35. The radios may then not be entirely correct, but it would be something different than the usual panzer grey. The hull interior is basically finished, as you can see:
And then; it's time to announce the first workshop organised at Modelist: a basic figurepainting tutorial, using a Warhammer figure and Citadel paints.

See you next week!
